You don’t have to be Type A
TO BE ORGANIZED.
It’s all about learning to stick with habits that serve you, and ditch the ones that are holding you back.
Here are a few habits you can change when you practice creating new ones:
Losing items you use every day because they don’t have a permanent home. Think car keys, tweezers, and clothes.
NEW HABIT: Give every item a home and always return it to the proper place when done using it.
Buying clothes and never wearing them because they’re not comfortable, don’t fit, or you have a similar item you like more.
NEW HABIT: Only shop when you need something. Return, sell, or donate the clothes you’ll never wear.
Saving reusable food containers or saving items “just in case” you may need them in the future, yet rarely do.
NEW HABIT: Only save something if you have a purpose for it NOW. If it’s something you can buy from the store and it’s not currently serving a purpose, get rid of it.Missing appointments or social gatherings because you are distracted by all of the stuff in your life.
NEW HABIT: Prioritize the mental and physical stuff you allow into your life by the amount of joy it gives you. If it’s not giving you joy, let it go and create space for the things you love.

If you are alone, that's when you derail. When life get’s hard and I am coaching you to learn new habits, I support you through it, give you actionable steps to stay focused, and we keep going.
